SPEDIZIONE: La merce viene spedita entro 2 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pagamento e di tutte le informazioni necessarie (indirizzo completo e numero di telefono).
Il corriere non effettua chiamate o consegne in orari prestabiliti. Per questo motivo, è fondamentale che qualcuno sia SEMPRE presente all'indirizzo di consegna per ritirare la merce in qualsiasi momento della giornata (dal lunedì al venerdì), per evitare inutili ritardi e costosi costi di giacenza.
RESTITUZIONI: l'articolo venduto è nuovo e corrisponde alla descrizione sopra riportata. Se non sei soddisfatto dell'acquisto, puoi esercitare il diritto di reso entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce inviando una comunicazione scritta via e-mail. Il nostro ufficio ti fornirà tutte le istruzioni necessarie per la restituzione della merce.
Entro 5 giorni, procederemo al rimborso seguendo le istruzioni del Cliente. Il rimborso non include le spese di spedizione (sia per la spedizione che per la restituzione della merce).
Il diritto di reso decade se la merce risulta danneggiata o non accuratamente imballata nella scatola originale.

The courier doesn't make calls or deliveries at pre-established times. For this reason, it's essential that someone is ALWAYS at the delivery address to collect the goods at any time of the day (from Monday to Friday), to avoid unnecessary delays and expensive storage costs.
RETURNS: The item sold is new and corresponds to the description above. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can exercise the right of return within 14 days from delivery by sending a written communication via email. Our office will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning the goods.
Within 5 days, we will proceed with the refund following the Customer's instructions. The refund doesn't include shipping costs (both for shipping and for returning the goods).
The right of return ends if the goods are damaged or not carefully packaged in the original box.
