1 - Place the hoses in each of the connectors that carry the pneumatic chambers.
2 - Insert the massage insoles into the boots and insert your legs into them.
3 - Put on the thigh cuffs.
4 - Connect the main hose to the compressor and press the button to start the treatment.
5 - Wait for the treatment to complete while the pneumatic chambers are filled and emptied of pressurized air.
6 - Using the + and - buttons you can increase and decrease the inflation/emptying speed of the chambers. If we do not press any button, the screen will show the remaining treatment time.
7 - When you reach the end of the treatment, the device will turn off automatically.
8 - Take off your boots and arm warmers.
9 - Gently press the pneumatic chambers before storing them to empty any remaining air that may remain in them.
