Market Product Recalls

When we receive a product recall notification from a manufacturer, distributor, or health authority, we immediately stop selling the product on Quirumed.

If the product was sold by Quirumed: We send an email to all customers who purchased the affected product through our platform. In this communication, we provide detailed information and specific instructions from the manufacturer or health authorities on how to proceed.

If it was sold by a marketplace seller: We inform the seller to proceed in the same manner.
