The SHR treatment is effective thanks to its selective absorption capacity:

• When the intense pulsed light penetrates the epidermis, the light energy will be largely absorbed by the pigments in the epidermis.
• High energy and dark skin color pose a high risk during treatment. Also, most of the heat is reflected and refracted at the same time; only 30%-40% of the energy is usable. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the energy for better results. However, most of the heat is absorbed by the pigments of the epidermis, which affects the result of the treatment.
• Thanks to the SHR system , this equipment makes use of the selective absorption capacity of the skin, to adapt to the characteristics of each skin.
