WITHDRAWAL CLAUSE

THE CUSTOMER may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the products, without justification or penalty. Therefore, after receiving our products, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to inform us of your wish to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the applicable legislation. To make the withdrawal effective, you will have to send an e-mail to [email protected]. The After-Sales Department will reply within 48 working hours of receiving the request. Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has elapsed, AKIRE will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchases of its products (in the event that multiple products purchased in the same order have been delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which THE CUSTOMER acquired material possession of the product. In the event that an item consisting of multiple components or parts has been purchased, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which THE CUSTOMER received or acquired material possession of the last component or part).

THE CUSTOMER will not be entitled to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations and, in particular, including but not limited to, in the following cases: (i) products manufactured in accordance with the CUSTOMER’S specifications or that are clearly personalised; (ii) sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery; (iii) products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly; (iv) sealed computer programs that have been unsealed or on which the installation or activation thereof has been carried out. This is due to the features of this type of product that requires licensing, registration or activation.

In particular, THE CUSTOMER should be aware that:

• They must return the product in its original packaging while the withdrawal period is in force.
• The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by THE CUSTOMER.
• They must return the products to AKIRE, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they notified AKIRE of their decision to withdraw. The returned product must contain the assigned return number and must be sent to the following address: Carrer Foia, no. 10, Polígono Industrial Alquería de Moret, 46210 Picanya (Valencia - Spain).
• In the event of withdrawal on their part, we will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we were informed of their decision to withdraw from the purchase. AKIRE may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods. THE CUSTOMER must attach documentary proof (photographs) of the condition of the goods to be returned to their e-mail request.
• AKIRE will check the suitability of the returned product in its warehouse. THE CUSTOMER will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, features or functioning.
• We will proceed to make the refund by bank transfer, therefore, once THE CUSTOMER has received acceptance of the return request, they must provide a BANK HOLDER’S CERTIFICATE where they will receive the agreed refund amount.
