TENS and EMS:

What is TENS?

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) consists of stimulating the skin from the application of electrical current through skin electrodes that emit high-frequency impulses with low intensities (or vice versa) on the surface of the skin where the pain resides.
Many professionals rate it as the safest and most non-invasive method of reducing acute and chronic pain.

What is EMS?

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) is a process of involuntary muscle stimulation by applying electrical currents to the muscle with the aim of increasing muscle strength, as well as athletic performance.
It uses low and medium frequency electrical impulses that are transmitted to the muscles through the electrodes, thus reaching the deeper muscle layers that are difficult to activate through conventional training.
