Characteristics of the material:

SMS:
It is a non woven fabric with 3 plies. The external plies are manufactured with the spunbonding technology, offering a high tear resistance in both directions. The internal ply is manufactured with the meltblown process, acting as a microbiologic barrier that allows airflow.

Spun Bond:
Fabrics produced by melting the chips of the synthetic material and the extruded fibers that are randomly picked in the form of continuous threads in a conveyor belt. The fibers are separated from the coveyor belt by air jets or electrostatic charges. The fibers collection surface is perforated. Then, they pass through heat rollers or are punctured by heat needles so that the fibers stick together, increasing their cohesion and resistance.

Melt Blown:
Tissues are produced by melting the plastic material in an extruder. The molten material passes through a device with small holes issuing a jet of hot air. When the holes issue a jet of cold air, the plastic solidifies forming a web of very fine threads that are picked by a perforated cylinder where the sheet is formed.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at temperatures between 10° and 30°C in its original package. Avoid direct sunlight.

Waste management:

The plastics and cardboards are 100% recyclable. Dispose them in the proper container.
The final user is responsible for the proper waste management.
