Autoclave process step by step:

1- Open the door, take the instruments and accessories inside the sterilization chamber, remove the wrapping and proceed to clean them.

2- Connect the power cord to a suitable power source.

3- Power On: The main switch is located on the lower right front of the equipment.

  • Once activated, the LCD screen will light up, displaying the basic operating icons of the sterilizer, such as door position, water level, sterilization program, date, time, etc.

4- Fill the tank with distilled water.

  • Remove the top cover of the tank and proceed to fill it. If you hear a signal, it means you have exceeded the permitted water level in the tank. Please stop immediately and drain the necessary amount of water to turn off the signal.

5- Preparation of the material to be sterilized:

  • Place instruments made of different materials in separate trays, but be sure to separate them before sterilization.
  • If the instruments are not made of stainless steel, place sterilizing paper between the tray and the instruments.
  • Do not allow direct contact between instruments made of different materials.
  • Verify that all instruments are in the correct position.
  • Place instruments such as lenses, containers, tubes, etc. in the tray upside down, so that water does not stagnate inside them.
  • Do not overload the trays beyond their limit.
  • Do not stack the trays on top of each other, nor place them in direct contact with the wall of the sterilization chamber.
  • Do not use metal clips or pins, this may jeopardize the functioning of the sterilizer.

6- Select the sterilization program.

7- Start the sterilization cycle.

  • After selecting the sterilization program, place the instruments into the chamber using the trays and the supplied plastic handle.
  • Once the instruments are inside the chamber, proceed to close the door.
  • Caution: Make sure to close the door properly, otherwise the sterilizer will display an alarm and will not be able to start the program or will stop during the cycle.

8- Start the sterilization program.

  • Press the start button, then the sterilizer will start working for approximately 30-75 minutes.

9-Sterilization cycle completed.

  • After the pressure drops to zero, you can open the door and remove the instruments. The sterilizer will alert you with an audible signal once the sterilization cycle is complete.
  • Caution: Whenever removing instruments, use the plastic handle supplied for the tray holder.

IMPORTANT: Do not reuse water from the waste tank.

  • Do not cover or block the side vents or the condenser fan air outlet grille.
  • Do not place the sterilizer near water sources where it may be splashed.
  • Keep it away from other heat sources.
