APTIMAX instrument trays designed to hold surgical instruments during sterilization processes used Acon acute vapor vacuum and ethylene oxide sterilizers STERRAD.

It is recommended to clean the trays after each use in the sterilization process. We recommend using a mild detergent or neutral pH.

To enable maximum penetration / diffusion, do not stack the trays APTIMAZ in any sterilizer. Nor should we overload the trays or should exceed a maximum total weight of 4.4 kg per tray.

Discard APTIMAX trays that are cracked or damaged.

APTIMAX with trays in the sun STERRAD system should be used for sterilization wraps of polypropylene and Tyvek bags that have been lawfully marketed.
