Material features:
SMS:
Non-woven three-layer fabric. The external layers are developed with spunbonding technology, which offers a high
resistance to the tearing in both directions and the internal layer, developed by the meltblown process, constitutes a
microbiological barrier that allows for the air to pass.
Spun Bond:
Fabrics produced by melting the chips of the synthetic material and the extruded filaments that are randomly picked up in
the way of filament yarns on a conveyor. The fibres are separated on the
conveyor by air streams or electrostatic charges. The surface where the fibres are collected is
perforated. Next, the fibres go through a passage of hot rollers or through a punching by hot needles, which make them
to stick with each other, thus providing cohesion and resistance to the veil.
Melt Blown:
The fabrics are produced by melting the plastic material in a extruder, but, here, the melted material passes
through a head with small holes by the push of a hot air stream. When
it emerges from the holes a cold air stream, the plastic solidifies and a tangle of really thin threads is formed. Then, they reach a perforated cylinder where the sheet is formed.
Storage:
Store in a dry environment, at temperatures of 10 °C to 30 °C, in its original packing. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Waste management:
The plastics and cardboards are 100 % recyclable, place them in the appropriate trash bin.
The final users are responsible for the proper management of the waste they generate.
