DELIVERY TIME
- Delivery times depend on the availability of the products in stock.
- If the products are in stock, the estimated delivery time will be:
** Delivery to the Greek and Canary Islands will be around 10 to 12 days, Balearic Islands 2 to 4 days.
*** Delivery time to Istanbul , Ankara only, the rest of Turkey will be around 10 to 15 days.
**** Delivery time to Spain mainland will be around 1 to 2 days.
- All orders are delivered by the transport company TNT at street level.
- In the case of deposit / bank transfer, the delivery period shall count from the moment the payment appears in our account.
- You can check the status of your order under "My Account" 24 hours a day.
- When the order leaves our warehouse, Quirumed S.L. will inform the customer by email that the order has left and the transportation agency will inform the customer via email as soon as the order leaves their logistics platform. For more information, log into your order and follow the instructions sent by email.
- If the products are not in stock, the delivery time may vary from 4 days to 12 weeks. The delivery time will appear next to each product on the web. If in doubt we recommend to consult our customer service department.
- If you prefer to collect your order directly from our warehouse through a chosen agency or in person, we require previous notification before to the day of collection. Check with our customer service department.
- In case of any incident during the delivery, the transportation agency will contact you to inform you of it. For any clarification of this, please contact our customer service team.
IMPORTANT: If it is found at the time of delivery by the carrier, nonconformity of the packaging or it is visibly damaged, it must be clearly stated on the delivery note of the transport company. The customer must then inform Quirumed SL of this within a 24 hour period by contacting the aftersales service department of Quirumed SL. In any case you should always verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and for any doubts, it is recommended to always put on the delivery notes the about the state that it has arrived in such as "packaging in bad state", "arrived damaged / broken" or "box appears manipulated” etc.
DELIVERY COSTS
- Delivery costs are automatically calculated in the shopping basket depending on the volume and weight of the products selected and shipping area. Before placing your order, you can see these costs by selecting the country and the province to be delivered to. If it is not listed please consult with our Customer Service Team.
- Transporting large merchandise such as: stretchers, display cabinets, medical furniture, fitness equipment, etc. Delivery will be made only at street level to the door. For the courier service to enter a premises, climb stairs, etc, a special service delivery is required. Should you require this service please contact our customer service department. In both cases assembly of the proudct is not included.
