Devoluciones:
Debes contactar a [email protected] dentro de los 14 días tras recibir el pedido.
El producto no debe estar usado ni dañado, y debe conservar su embalaje original.
No se aceptan devoluciones de productos personalizados o hechos a medida.
Reembolsos se realizan después de recibir y revisar el producto, con descuentos por los gastos de devolución: 60€ por sillas de ruedas eléctricas o grúas, 100€ por scooters.
Los costes de pago y gastos extraordinarios no son reembolsables.
Los gastos de envío de ida y vuelta son a cargo del cliente para pedidos fuera de Valencia.
Entrega y Recepción:
Las entregas son a pie de calle. Los transportistas no están obligados a subir la mercancía.
Debes inspeccionar el paquete antes de firmar el albarán. Si hay desperfectos, anótalo en el albarán.
Si encuentras daños o problemas con el producto después de la entrega, notifícalo a [email protected] en 24 horas.
Inspección y Reclamaciones:
Revisa el estado del producto antes de usarlo. Si encuentras un problema, notifícalo dentro de las primeras 24 horas.
Los fabricantes pueden modificar las especificaciones, así que revisa el producto al recibirlo y notifícalo si hay diferencias relevantes.

Guarda siempre el embalaje original para posibles devoluciones.

Returns Policy:
You must contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must not be used or damaged and should be kept in its original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns.
Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the product, with deductions for return shipping costs: 60€ for electric wheelchairs or hoists, 100€ for scooters.
Payment costs and extraordinary fees are non-refundable.
For orders outside of Valencia, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
