· Question: Why are the atomizer and the indicator light turned on but there is no suction?
· Answer: The electronic cigarette is cleaning itself. If this happens frequently, is due to excessive fluid in the flow chamber of the atomizer. Remove the cartridge, shake off all excess liquid and then insert the new cartridge.
· Question: Why does the electronic cigarette work occasionally without inhaling?
Answer: The electronic cigarette is a highly sensitive electronic device. A strong air current, sound or vibration can activate the internal electronic circuits. Please keep your electronic cigarette sealed in its case when it's not in use.
· Question: Why does the front indicator shine occasionally and then stop working?
Answer: You may have used the electronic cigarette too much in a short period of time which can activate the safety mechanism and turn off the electronic cigarette. It will reactivate itself after a minute.
