GENERAL CONDITIONS

Registering in Quirumed.com is free of charge. The client will have access to his/her personal data using a password and will be able to change the data at any time. The object of registering is for the dispatching of products, the necessary payment and for presenting the best offers. The client is not obliged to register and can also unregister at any time. Registering makes it possible for us to provide a more personalised service. The information we receive on registration is completely confidential and only Quirumed will have access to the data.

- Quirumed is not responsible for changes to the specifications or characteristics of the products or when a product shown in the catalogue has been discontinued without prior warning by the manufacturer.

- The photographs which illustrate the products do not enter into the contractual domain and cannot give rise to any form of obligation on the part of Quirumed.

- Quirumed communicates and publishes, at all times and unilaterally, all price adjustments of the products and services offered on its website. To guarantee price security for the client, the client´s products will be priced at the rate published in the publicity material at the point of completing the order.
- On completing the order, once the menu option "accept the order" has been used, the client acknowledges having given consent to the validity and effectiveness of the purchase and sales contract and which thereby legally binds both parties.

· Spanish Peninsula:
Delivery is free for orders over 800 € within the peninsula. Prices for orders under this amount will depend on volume. You can consult prices by adding the products to the shopping basket and then selecting the destination zone.

· Rest of Spain:
Depending on volume. You can consult prices by adding the products to the shopping basket and then selecting the destination zone.

· Other countries: Consult

NOTE: Deliveries of large volume goods such as couches, display cabinets, etc. do not include services for carrying upstairs. Consult
Prices do not include installation nor assembly of products.
Prices do not include expenses charged by customs for deliveries to destination zones outside the Spanish peninsula nor local taxes within the destination zone.

IMPORTANT: Once the material has been received, please ensure that the product has not been damaged in transit or by the delivery driver. Any damages must be noted in writing in the delivery note. All of our deliveries are insured against damage of goods during transportation as indicated in the delivery note. When a product has been damaged this will be immediately replaced with a new product.
Where not indicated, neither the transportation company nor Quirumed S.L. will be held responsible for the damaged product.

Delivery periods can vary depending on the manufacturing process or importation.
With over 30,000 different products sourced from various countries it is not always possible to have units readily available for every individual stock reference.

Approximate delivery times during working days are as follows:

The days are calculated from the date in which the total amount has reached our bank account.
For 24 hour delivery service an additional Urgent delivery fee will be charged. Consult

NOTE: The delivery periods indicated by Quirumed are a general guide, although our company will endeavour to keep to these times. Delays will not lead to the cancellation of the order nor any compensation.

NOTE:  It is very important that the surname of the client is quoted in the SENDER or CLIENT field, and you should quote the Order Nº or Invoice Nº in the SUBJECT field.

The prices which appear on the Web are valid except where typing errors or price adjustments have occurred and are exclusive to orders made on the Web.
Installation of the products not included.

All prices are shown in Euros.

The prices shown in the pages of this website are quoted excluding taxes.

In Spain, IVA (Value Added Tax) will be applied, with exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta y Melilla (in these territories delivery expenses and import taxes levied by customs will be the responsibility of the client).

In all other countries IVA will not be charged and delivery expenses and import taxes will be the responsibility of the client.

• Refunds for breakages during transportation:
We will accept complaints and offer refunds for breakages within the 24 hour period following arrival of the goods. The company Quirumed S.L. does not assume responsibility beyond this time period.

The cancellation of any order which has been processed and is consequently being manufactured or imported will incur all related expenses such as transportation, customs etc.
For payment card orders, a percentage of 3% of the total cost originally quoted will be deducted to cover bank charges.
